• We ship to Sweden. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Q: How do I place an order?

• Browse our Cosmic Collection on www.wattheck.com, select your charger (We only have a few that we managed to test properly), choose a colour, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation with order details.
  

Q: What’s your return policy?

• You have 14 days from receiving it to return unused chargers in original packaging for a full refund (you cover return shipping). Defective items within 30 days qualify for free replacement or refund. Email watt.the.heck@hotmail.com (mail to : watt.the.heck@hotmail.com ) to start a return.
  

Q: How long does delivery take?

• A: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 days in Sweden ( via PostNord ). delays may apply.
