To use our Website or purchase products, you must:

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Product Availability: Our chargers (e.g., Venus Pulse Lunar White, Jupiter Flux Cosmic Blue) are subject to availability. We’ll notify you if an item is out of stock and offer a refund or alternative.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in SEK, including 25% VAT (standard in Sweden). Prices for our Cosmic Collection range from 199 SEK (20W) to 599 SEK (300W). We may adjust prices without notice, but your order price is locked at checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, Swish, Klarna, and bank transfers (via secure payment gateways). Payment is due at checkout.

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement. If we cannot fulfill your order (e.g., due to stock issues), we’ll notify you promptly and issue a refund.

  • Errors: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing but reserve the right to correct errors. If a pricing error occurs, we’ll inform you and offer the correct price or a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Locations: We ship to Sweden and select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary (e.g., 2–5 days in Sweden via PostNord, 7–14 days internationally). We’re not responsible for delays due to customs or unforeseen events.

5. Returns and Refunds

Every Watt the Heck charger is sourced from trusted manufacturers and undergoes our double-checking process in Sweden to verify precise voltage and amperage, ensuring safety and performance.
